Owners can login online at any time to the owner's portal to see the up to date performance of your property.  We also make ourselves available at every level of our organization to discuss how things are going at your property, according to the frequency and depth of updates that you desire. 

Altman Apartments offers monthly direct deposits of property free cash flow to your checking account of choice.  Our property statements are sent either by mail or electronically on a monthly basis and contain the following reports:     

• Rent Roll – shows the status of every unit, the rental rate, and the deposit amount
• Tenant Tickler – shows which tenants moved out and which tenants moved in
• Cash Flow Statement – shows by month the incoming and outgoing cash by general ledger account classification

• Income Statement – shows the year to date net income at the end of each month
• Owner Statements – shows the transactional details for each month
